Volta

Volta is a rock band founded in 2012 by guitarist Ömür Pamuk, soloist Güneş Özkaya, guitarist Onur Engin, bass guitarist Levent Bilgili and drummer Cantekin Kuzu with the name Stonebox.
Until 2016, the band made music in various bars of İzmir with its unique style and after this date, the group decided to continue its journey as Volta. In the course of time, the band has experienced various musician changes and the latest has taken place with guitarist Zeki Barış Öner, soloist Güneş Özkaya, bass guitarist Kemal Kuş and drummer Yiğit Değer Bengi. Volta continues to perform regularly in important places in İzmir and Çeşme. The band members focused on high-energy and high-quality songs in their performances as they felt close to Rock, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Blues and Grunge.
In 2019, they started composing with the aim of leaving works that would be remembered and admired as their own and immortalized the name of Volta.
Since its foundation, Volta has been able to add meaning to their lives by expressing themselves through music, which is a great passion in common with their families, their most loyal supporters and listeners. Volta continues to share their music with their fans through various digital channels like Spotify, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube channels.
