VTS Layt

Born and raised in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, MA, VTS Layt has always been a passionate lover of music. His first time being exposed to music began in church where he played drums for the band and sang in the choir. However, it wasn’t until his early adult years that he begin developing a real passion and honing his craft of songwriting. Around 2017, Layt, along with his childhood friend, Petey, both started a brand that would eventually become ‘Virtuoso Entertainment LLC’ which specializes in all things entertainment but focus heavily on the art of music making. The term “virtuoso” being defined as: a person highly skilled in music or another artistic pursuit. They wanted to build something, in their words, “for everybody”. Layt believes that everybody, in their own way, is a virtuoso and that life is art, pulling from his own 1st and 2nd hand experiences to create his own world of music, which he calls “New Nostalgia”.
