Vurgun, Emre Can Yoloğlu ve Meriç Tunay tarafından 2023 yılında kuruldu. Ataberk Akbaba ve Yağız Efe Öcal’ın gruba katılmasıyla beraber tamamlanan Vurgun, yüksek enerjili konserleriyle kendine bir kitle oluşturmayı başardı. Rock, Alternatif Rock, Blues Rock ve Funk Rock türlerini icra eden grup ilk teklisi “Rüyalarım Sensiz Kalsın”ı 4 Aralık 2023’te yayınladı.
Vurgun was founded in 2023 by Emre Can Yoloğlu and Meriç Tunay. The group was completed with the joining of Ataberk Akbaba and Yağız Efe Öcal, and Vurgun managed to create a following for itself with its high-energy concerts. Performing in genres such as Rock, Alternative Rock, Blues Rock, and Funk Rock, the band released its first single 'Rüyalarım Sensiz Kalsın' on December 4, 2023.
