Victor Orumade (aka VYC) has had no problem showing the world his love for music. This Nigerian singer/songwriter has been climbing the ranks lately with his unique style and undeniable talent. VYC knew at a very young age that he wanted to pursue a music career. At the age of 12, he enjoyed miming and writing music. He began singing backup for artists until recording his first song at 15. After graduating college, VYC released multiple hit songs such as “Eyes on You,” which gained worldwide attention and caught the eyes of Bailey Munoz, season 16 winner of So You Think You Can Dance, who created an #EyesOnYouChallenge on social media that gained over 2 million views.
VYC released an amazing EP titled “Super VYC” in 2021. The EP included a chart-topping song named “Energy” that jumped to #3 on the Apple Music charts only hours after being released, then inspired a widespread social media challenge.
VYC will be releasing a new single in February 2023 that is expected to reach great heights and bless the ears of listeners worldwide.
