VYYL (pronounced “Vile”) is a Canadian bass duo emerging from the depths of the underground and quickly making a lasting impression on the west coast music scene. Bringing us along through their artistic journey, they steadily bend the rules of hybrid trap & dubstep to showcase their innovative skills in production, sound design and vocals. Consistently working on improving their craft to bring us high energy music, custom self-made visuals and charismatic performances, this couple isn’t afraid to show their personalities through humor and artistry, leaving every dancefloor inspired & smiling.

Their growing success is undeniable, as seen from their own headlining shows across Canada and shared stages with bass heavy weights such as Megalodon, Dirt Monkey, Stoned Level, High Zombie , UZ, Calcium, HI Im Ghost, Soltan & more. They brought their live show across stages at large scale events such as western Canada’s biggest outdoor EDM festival – “Chasing Summer” which also featured Adventure Club, Kaskade, Zeds Dead, NGHTMRE, Kill The Noise & more, as well as headlining slots at Hard West Fest, and Lethbridge Electronic Music Festival (LEMF).

Accompanied by their most reputable release "Side Hustle" on Subsidia Records, they found mass support from the underground music scene with tracks like “Frame Shift” & “I Wonder”. Their renowned remixes “Smells Like Trap Spirit” & “Clint Eastwood” have helped them acquire over 700,000 streams across platforms within the last year.
