Wagid Hosain

Wagid Hosain a famous last name in Surinam and The Netherlands of 3 generations of Musicians, Producers and Singers who have been active since the 70s. Started all with Mashoer Kawaliband, Lead Singers Yousouf & Poeti and the Youngest Hafeez as music leader after that, Bariek and Hafeez started Mastana Orchestra and performing Holland and Surinam, the band contained mainly musicians from the family.

The Juniors was the last active band of the family, Music leader Faziel with his lead singing brothers, Oemar, Niezaam and Ibo and big Brother Djaliel aka Djalo as the Manager. The Juniors has still a big name in Surinam. Nowadays the family is more focused on studio productions and hopefully soon with some new content.
