Wake Child is the rare millennial band that achieves the perfect symphony of futuristic sound and nostalgia. Blues lyrics, washed guitars and harmonized choruses join together in a jazzy, soul-soothing sound. The trio met while studying at Berklee College of Music and combined their eclectic backgrounds to create their signature Psych/RnB sound. They make inclusive, diverse music, drawing from influences such as The Wrecking Crew, Kid Cudi, and Paul Simon.
 
Their upcoming single, "Kathaleen," was recorded live at an old cabin in the Catskills. Against the backdrop of lush, rolling hills, the band infused "Kathaleen" with wild energy and earth-scented grooves.
