Pushing the boundaries of alternative heavy music, Tel Aviv powerhouse Walkways share their heartfelt and bare emotions by way of a relentless energy which weaves through intrinsic dynamics, guarded by a close-knit brotherhood collective to bring together a powerful emotional musical entity that has reached every corner of the globe.
The band write and create in order to unload, to deal with feelings, to enact change, and to make a difference within themselves and others. Walkways is the group’s antidote to the chaotic nature of living in Israel, an oasis for sanity and humanity, the band’s avenue to ensure the past is not their future. We each pick our own paths. Following an exciting few years of touring, including several European jaunts, festival appearances at Wacken Open Air (Germany), ArtMania (Romania), Tbilisi Jam Fest (Georgia); plus hand-picked as direct support for world renowned acts Avenged Sevenfold, Disturbed, In Flames, Devin Townsend, Jinjer, Memphis May Fire, The Omnific, and many more - the band is now working on their much anticipated third full length album.
