Warren Evy Ittah Curry began working at local recording studios as a freelance musician and producer specializing in hip hop and R&B. In a business full of hip hop music producers who rely heavily on samples, what made him so different? Simple. His musicality. By infusing hip hop elements in lush chords and complex string arrangements rooted in soul and R&B, he soon began to craft his own unique sound. And it wasn't long before rappers, singers and even music producers began seeking him out to add his musical touch to their songs. Although his first love is R&B, he has never limited his musical taste. He plays and composes in all styles of music, from Jazz, Rock, and blues to bhangra and classical.
