Waste a Saint is a melodic hard rock band with psychedelic vibes from Trondheim, Norway.
In January 2017 their EP “At Quarter Speed” was released, where the single “Noise” was recommended by P3 Urørt. After two years of concerts, songwriting and exchange of drummer they released another single. “C.S.P (Preach That Love)” was released march 6th and was well received by Radio Revolt and Classic Rock Magazine.
April 22th of 2022, they finally released their debut album Hypercarnivore. The album received raving reviews from magazines and blogs from around the world, proving the bands ability to meld genres into something uniquely their own.
“Directed by lead singer Bogey Stefansdottir, the Trondheim based band Waste a Saint manages to create new life in the melodical, alternative vocal and guitar oriented 90’s rock genre. (...) The balance between stringent composition and the playful urge to break out is near optimal, and draws sporadically from both Kyuss and The Dead Weather. (...)
Waste a Saint simple sounds f*cking authentically good.”
- Norway Rock Magazine
“With “Hypercarnivore” WASTE A SAINT deliver a debut that doesn't need to hide from the genre forefathers. The instrumental faction undoubtedly knows their business and front woman Bogey Stefansdottir knows how to add melody and power to their rough sound with her expressive voice."
