Watro

Watro brings a new sound to the dominating house music. The 22-year old producer tries to differ from other producers with catchy vocal lines and surprising chords progressions, complemented by a housy and groovy drop.

Starting at the age of 15, Watro already has had some succes in his career. At the age of 18, he signed a track to one of world biggest labels, Revealed Recordings. This track was played by a.o. Hardwell, Ummet Ozcan and Vinai. After this succes Watro felt to switch styles and focussed on more urban orientated genres. His remixes of trending Dutch songs were played all over the Netherlands (and abroad) and gained more than 500k streams on Soundcloud. The plays and attention were nice, but Watro felt the need to go back to his roots and his biggest inspiration: house music. His first house orientated track 'So Special' resulted in a spot in the finals of a national producer contest by Slam! and Heldeep Records.

Conclusion: Watro is really one to look out for. There is no doubt that his hard-working ethic and joy in music production will lead to more successes and good music.
