Amsterdam's Wavescapes are the electronic music duo of producers Tim Barning and Len van de Laak. Originally meeting through their Art studies, they found synergy in the exploration of sonic landscapes that contain repetitive rhythm driven textures.

Wavescapes sound is hazy and warm, like the glow of a sunset that starts to pixellate at the edges. Through the grainy magic of old tape and vintage synthesizers, the duo's music achieves that rare state of forward looking nostalgia. Their music offers a mix of organic and synthetic sounds arranged in hypnotic structures with a strong cinematic quality.
