Matthew Webb II is a multi-talented, music artist who dons the moniker of Webb The Artist. Born in Jacksonville, North Carolina, raised in Highland Park, New Jersey, his story, fueled by drive, focus, & tenacity makes him a relentless and unstoppable force in the independent circuit.
Lyrics drawing from his experiences, he articulates stories and perspectives that connect audiences across large spectrums of backgrounds & experiences. Combining distinctive, experimental sounds with intricate melodies, and dabbling in contrasting genres has resulted in Webb The Artist’s Experimental R&B-centered musical style. Fusing inspiration from icons such as Omarion & Anthony Hamilton with his personal story, Webb The Artist strives to produce an enjoyable, grounded, authentic, & easy going musical experience.
Webb The Artist’s music experience began in the church. Since then, he’s has garnered plaudits for his writing, producing, performing, &amp; being featured at Power 105.1 FM showcases. Influenced by the solitude of the 2020 quarantine, Webb has created his own platforms to showcase his talent.
