Jahvanie Morrison more popularly known as Weekday is a Jamaican born producer. His love of music started and was nurtured at a very young age where he mastered the keyboard and pursued formal education at the Edna Manley School for the Visual and Performing Arts. His creativity on the the keyboard and a broader appreciation of live music, has led him to be a unique and vibrant producer and composer of various genres of music, most notably reggae and dancehall. His body of work includes compositions and productions with international and local artistes such as: Alkaline jahmiel Mavado @kranium @jesseroyal @Elhae, @shenseea @Tessellated, @Julianrmarley and many more on labels such Atlantic Records, Universal music and Tru Ambassador Ent etc.
His versatility and ear for melodic sounds is also shown in the composition of commercial advertisements for Jamaican powerhouse brands such as Flow, Singer, Wray & Nephew, Rubis and many more.
