Keveon Brooks, who now goes by WestKoast Keve (formally known as Keve thaLibra & Kay Savage) is an American recording artist/producer. Born and raised in Compton, Ca, Keveon had to face a lot of uphill battles and struggled almost all his life to get to where he is now.
