Whiskey Woman was created by Addler Harley under the concept of one-man-band, where he actively participates in the process of composition, writing, arrangements, recording, production and visual design of the band.
During 2024, Addler announced he was working on new music for Whiskey Woman's first studio album named "Shady City", also it was confirmed that every song contained in the album will be released as a single every 45 days since July, 2024. The nine first singles, were released along 2024 and the curse of 2025. And now "Over The Law" is the latest release and the last before releasing the full album.
