Whit is a pop, singer/songwriter currently based in Nashville, TN. She’s a familiar voice having worked with numerous producers including Dave Cobb (“A Star is Born”; Brandy Carlile; Chris Stapleton) and Tim Lauer (Mikky Ekko; tv shows “Nashville” and “Greenleaf”). And you’ve likely already heard her voice supporting artists like Anderson East, Rival Sons, Patrick Droney and A Thousand Horses - both on stage and in the studio.

Her debut single - “When We Were Kids” - releasing September 27th, 2019, was co-written amongst friends and later produced in London by Sacha Skarbek (“Wrecking Ball”, Miley Cyrus; “You’re Beautiful”, James Blunt; “Without You”, Lana Del Rey) and Maximilian von Ameln. About having worked as a background vocalist for over a decade: “I’m excited for the world to hear the other side of me,” says Whit.

“When We Were Kids” is a sultry, pop, mid-tempo dreamscape about the nostalgia of young love and old memories. Whit’s vocals are captivating and arresting from note one as she lures you in with a vivid story of lessons learned, forgiveness and letting go of resentment with no regrets.

Inspirited by some of Whit’s musical favs like Sade, Sia and Coldplay, “When We Were Kids” is the first single of several songs to be released by Whit in the coming year.
