Originating from Québec, Canada, White Cone is the ongoing work of musicians and best friends Simon Fortin and Nicolas Buteau. As of 2025, the duo has expanded their set to a wider range of noise, expanding talents in the live band now with a total of five stage members including them.
After releasing the subtle-passing but well received single The Indian Bay in late November, Fortin & Buteau have been working on various projects, shifting through genres and experimenting with past influences, local/cultural references and many topics. All of these new projects are to be expected soon.
While these are in the making, White Cone performs more and more regularly in the local scene, hoping to find their niche through it all. For all updates on new music, gigs and announcements, check out their Instagram.
