An indie folk project from Columbus, Ohio, White Elephant Sale was started by the core duo of <a href="spotify:artist:4pwrn3KD7EYqCjWCh4VhtF" data-name="scribbletest">scribbletest</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:3i3b8PtwSQhfukt7lpQGgf" data-name="Logan Keseg">Logan Keseg</a>. Formed in late 2020, the single, <a href="spotify:album:37w2UqUw8DBQ6YMJEgLa7T" data-name="A Going Away Party">A Going Away Party</a> was released under <a href="spotify:artist:4pwrn3KD7EYqCjWCh4VhtF" data-name="scribbletest">scribbletest</a> in collaboration with <a href="spotify:artist:6hc8HyUHMhPJqEcHgQLLAA" data-name="Cloud Factory">Cloud Factory</a> before the first official White Elephant Sale single, <a href="spotify:album:7K27Txhg7QbcBwfArbw6YV" data-name="Spectral Fantasy">Spectral Fantasy</a> was released. Shortly after, <a href="spotify:album:4wg4qLvqk5eWznUYa2C1gV" data-name="U.S.S. Wasp Sharon">U.S.S. Wasp Sharon</a> was released (a single from the upcoming collaboration project between <a href="spotify:artist:4pwrn3KD7EYqCjWCh4VhtF" data-name="scribbletest">scribbletest</a> and White Elephant Sale). The duo would later release their first EP, <a href="spotify:album:1Zsn3ZIMpZhqtEVHyKhX5a" data-name="Fields of Grace (Inside the House)">Fields of Grace (Inside the House)</a> in early 2021 as a precursor to a full length album.
