A little more about me...
Born and raised in Long Island, New York, I have been singing Gospel music in my Community Baptist Church, since I was a young child. As I grew up, I embarked upon a career as a soul singer, but I am equally at home with pop, blues or jazz. After success as a singer I took time out to raise a family and spent a few years in Spain re-tuning my voice in the clubs and concert halls, I have now re-launched my career in London where I live, I have released a new and original song, 'Sweet Persuasion', composed especially for me. I perform either as a solo vocalist, or with a live band of saxophone, guitar, drums and bass as Whitney G Jones and her Band, and for smaller more intimate events where a full band is not practical I also have my specialist duo Take Two where I perform with studio quality backing tracks and a live saxophone (click the logo below) I am truly excited to be resuming my singing career having never lost my love of all genres of music, I have been waiting for this moment with great anticipation. Most of all I love to perform to music lovers everywhere.
