Whole Doubts is a duo quietly formed by Frequency and Aalias -- the producers behind Eminem's smash single "The Monster" featuring Rihanna -- last year as a creative outlet.
While everyone might not yet be familiar with the names Frequency and Aalias, their respective resumes speak for themselves. In addition to "Monster," together they have crafted hits for numerous artists, including the Gold single "Mad Hatter" for Melanie Martinez and the haunting piano ballad "Gone" by Bebe Rexha. On his own, Frequency has a rich history working in various genres. His big break came after producing "Think About It" off Snoop Dogg's Tha Blue Carpet Treatment in 2006, and his career has included producing the debut Gold single "Reflections" for indie rock band Misterwives; working on the recent Hamilton Mixtape; producing for artists as varied as Adam Lambert, American Authors, Machine Gun Kelly and Ghostface Killah; and serving as tour DJ for Slaughterhouse. Aalias' solo discography is equally impressive, having produced the Top 20 Billboard single "Middle" for DJ Snake and Bipolar Sunshine, Robin Schulz's new song "Fools," and the breakout indie pops songs "Bubblegum" by TOTEM and "Show Me" by John Splithoff.
The first single from Whole Doubts — "Leave" (featuring Kevin Garrett) is sure to catch a lot of people's ears, as when Frequency and Aailas come together, they make magic. No doubt.
