Wielding a deep adoration for the art of DJing, curating, and fueling dancefloors with the intensity of 1000 suns, Who’s John is the moniker of LA-based DJ and producer John Malgioglio. Hailing from Long Island, New York, Who’s John is an aural shapeshifter both digitally and personally, sculpting much of his sonic identity from the early aughts of underground techno and trance. A timeless innovator, his admiration of dance music’s early beginnings and respect of club culture has fueled his uniquely fluid club-forward sound.


Who’s John is dedicated to connecting people with themselves and all that is around them. His moniker is more than just a name to release music under: it is a reminder to constantly evolve and redefine the self. An amalgamation of countless influences, Who’s John is best described as the musical personification of drag racing and drifting with a dash of grunge aesthetic. His dedication to his craft has caught the attention of tastemakers including Diplo and Anna Lunoe, and has landed him releases on deadmau5’ mau5trap and Tommie Sunshine’s Brooklyn Fire. Who’s John has performed at some of the country’s most iconic clubs, including the Brooklyn Mirage, Webster Hall, Exchange LA and Sound Nightclub.
