Formed in New York, USA, WICKED MARAYA is: FALCO (Vocals), John Iadevaio (Bass), Michael Iadevaio (Guitar), Dan Malsch (Guitar) & Rob Liano (Drums). With a sound located somewhere between Queensrÿche, Crimson Glory and Savatage, the group’s Debut Album 'Cycles' was an impressive example of modern progressive metal. 'Cycles' boasted intelligent, subtle songwriting, and a fine production gloss courtesy of Jim Morris (Savatage / Crimson Glory). A European Tour w/ Metal Church in 1994 was a great success, as were following tours through 1998 with Yngwie Malmsteen, Dee Snider, and Skyclad. WICKED MARAYA also supported such Acts as RATT, Great White, Dokken & Overkill. 'No Hope For Humanity..?' was released in 1996, 'Counterculture' in 1998 and the unearthed 1991 CD 'Lifetime In Hell' was released in 2015 along with 2 New Songs. 2023 - WICKED MARAYA is BACK with a NEW EP - 'CHAPTERS' on Massacre Records, & A New Video for the Song 'Chapter V'.
