Wiimane’s work explores the relationship between Jungian archetypes and unwanted gifts. With influences as diverse as Southern HipHop Artist like Lil Boosie & Webbie new insights are generated from both constructed and discovered discourse.
Ever since a student “Wiimane” has been fascinated by the endless oscillation of the moment. What starts out as hope soon becomes corrupted into a hegemony of distress, leaving only a sense of what could have been and the chance of a new synthesis.
As intermittent phenomena become transformed through emergent and diverse practice, the viewer is left with an insight into the outposts of our condition.
