Willi

Willi is a producer from Munich. While his beginnings lie in the trap genre, his instrumentals have since evolved towards a rather old school, jazzy kind of vibe, but he typically still relies on vibey melodies that catch the ear. Over the years he has tried different styles, developing a more sample based (but not exclusively) approach to production. He has collaborated with the likes of Konga, Lazy L and Zetup, among others. His recent album Jay Season draws inspiration from the legendary Jay Dee, former producer of Slum Village. With the album, Willi commences his Spotify journey - and there’s more to come soon.
