willibald is a maelstrom of riot and love. You fall infinitely into the dark just to discover cheerful colour on the bottom of the well. Again and again. A whirl where you encounter infectious groove mixed with nervous noise. Sometimes it’s directly lifted from the horrors of life, sometimes soothing and warm. Until the next noise erupts.„Le roi est mort“ - and dead the king shall remain. For new ways and ideas will emerge out of the chaos of crumbling structures. This is how willibald creates intelligent, demanding and sharp noise rock here and now. With contradictions, without easy answers but with high intensity.
