Withered Throne

Blackened Technical Death Metal band from South Florida. Withered Throne was founded and composed by Andrew Guia (Unaligned) with writing starting as early as 2012. Andrew eventually partnered with vocalist Kyle Bishop (2020) and together further establish the bands grounding. Later, the two grouped with Joes Montanez on rhythm guitar, and Alex Mazilu on bass, and made strong progress together, but eventually parted ways. The drums were then tasked to Chason Westmoreland (The Faceless, Equipoise, ex Hate Eternal, Burning The Masses) who brought a truly visceral sound to the Withered Throne energy. Together their work was released as the track “Within Suffering” (2021) mixed and mastered by Craig Peters (Deeds Of Flesh, Destroying The Devoid, ex Arkaik).


Currently, Withered Throne consists of members Andrew Guia and bassist Taylor Tidwell (Unaligned, ex Accursed Creator, Etheorist) and are finishing up their upcoming album “Enantiodromia” which features drum work by Chason Westmoreland and Jack Blackburn (Unaligned, ex Inferi, ex Demon King, Killitorous) mixed and mastered by Mike Low (Inferi, The Artisan Era, Oubliette) and is scheduled to release in 2022.
