Born November 17, Xavier Rivera, son of a construction worker Pedro Vazquez and a stay at home mom Maria de Lourdes Rivera. He was raised in the central valley of California in the growing city of Turlock. He was first introduced to music at the young age of 5 when his dad bought him a mini stage with a toy microphone and guitar, but did not really get into it until his dad suffered from an anyeurism that left him in a coma. Starting with poetry, then music production. Life would make a turn for the worst when he was 17 and his father died in early October, months after graduating HS. Nearly homeless, inspired, and hungry he turned his life around and branded himself as W.O.E - Watching Over Everything.
