Wonyáe is an American singer, songwriter, model and creative director. Born in Raleigh, North Carolina to a Liberian mother, but predominantly raised in Massachusetts. He was driven to write, sing, and perform by some of music's greats, including Kanye West, Michael Jackson, Toni Braxton, Prince, Destiny's Child, Beyoncé and Bob Marley. His songs have a sound that combines the warmth of R&B/Soul with the stimulative tempo of afro/Carribbean, pop, and punk.
