Wren and the Daughters of the Bear is a music project born from equal parts magic and resistance — a voice for the witches, the outcasts, the queers, the storytellers, and the ones who grew up searching for songs that spoke to their spirits. Rooted in Pagan folk traditions and shaped by a modern fire for justice, this project blends ritual imagery, mythic storytelling, and rebellion against systems that silence, erase, or oppress.
Wren creates music for the community she wished she had growing up — songs for the spellworkers, the moon-gazers, the survivors, the dreamers, and every Pagan child who never saw themselves reflected in the music around them. Each track is crafted as both sanctuary and spark: a place to feel held, and a call to rise.
Here, queerness is holy. Resistance is sacred. And every voice — real or imagined — is part of the chorus. This is music for a world in transformation, a soundtrack for those building something braver and more beautiful from the ground up.
