Wunderfish is an electronic musician based in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is known for crafting his music in fairytale format combining sounds of old, dusty synthesizers with modern technologies. His music has been described as “retro-futuristic electronica - dark and haunting with a backdrop of beautiful, optimistic soundscapes.”

In 2013, he and his partner were inspired to focus on art and quit their day jobs to vagabond and explore the world. This is when Wunderfish was born. A big break happened when his remix of Ludovico Einaudi’s “Night” was released on Universal/Decca Records. Since then, Wunderfish has produced four albums, three independent film soundtracks, and has performed his music live across the globe.

Wunderfish has opened up his studio virtually, workshopping and improvising new material on a daily live stream dubbed “The Wunderfish Show” on Youtube. He also has a residency at Plantoem Café, where he improvises ambient soundscapes tapping into plant frequencies every first Friday for the morning coffee and tea-sipping crowd. For the night owls - and the curious - he performs his club-forward music at Miss Savvy’s Club Kink held monthly at Nextdoor in Chinatown.
