Wyatt Coin was a band from 2014-2024 and are no longer active.
The core of Wyatt Coin consists of Jordan Schilling (vocals, acoustic guitar, harmonica) Dewey Richbar (guitar, vocals) Taylor Lamitina (bass, vocals) and Lael Dylag (drums). The band is often joined during live performances by several area musicians that add washboard, banjo, violin, additional drums, vocals, and many other pieces to the live show. Grant Emeigh of the Dredneks is one of the main guest musicians.
Formed in 2014, the band combines country and punk rock music to create what is referred to as "cow punk."
Since the band formed, Wyatt Coin has played Warped Tour in 2017 and 2018, completed cross country tours with Green Jello and the Dredneks, their song "Guff Speaking Work Slackers" and "My Eyes Look Tired" were featured in the horror film "Back Road: The Movie." The song Lights Out! Kill the Noise! was featured in the VR video game "Astro Karts: VR Space Racing." "Blood of the Coin" was featured in the wrestling comedy "Smart Marks."
