Wyldephyre

Wyldephyre is at the intersection of dance music and cerebral music. Wyldephyre’s biggest influences currently are <a href="spotify:artist:06xa1OLBsMQJFXcl2tQkH4" data-name="Machinedrum">Machinedrum</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6YGu0Rv2120wkc4AXZSGgl" data-name="Rustie">Rustie</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:6YtlR8MLfO6azxwOKAvEi3" data-name="Pomo">Pomo</a>. Made by Sean Meade, Wyldephyre began in 2012 as a platform to create hip-hop tracks, inspired by the vast creative sonic palate electronic music has to offer.
In 2016, Wyldephyre joined the <a href="spotify:artist:1jVImFVEE6khR2OllDD8wy" data-name="Beats &amp; Coffee">Beats &amp; Coffee</a> team, a beat collective from Wilmington, NC. Under B&amp;C, he began to refine his sound through frequent compilation releases, and has since released three EPs under their umbrella. In 2018, Sean began his Master’s degree at the Berklee College of Music in Valencia, Spain in order to further refine his sound as Wyldephyre.
While at Berklee, Sean studied electronic music under the instruction of Ben from <a href="spotify:artist:1LJR81mjpmBkowZy1MPwQg" data-name="Zebbler Encanti Experience">Zebbler Encanti Experience</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:5JJclMMPi2YgEKjJY9AjbB" data-name="Mr. Bill">Mr. Bill</a>, transforming his direction into the Wyldephyre of today - a cerebral, sound design centric producer that blends funk and pop elements with IDM and jazz to create tasteful and emotive high energy tracks that you can enjoy at home or dance to wherever you are.
