The Wynners are an English-language pop group from Hong Kong who rose to fame in the mid-'70s. Founded in 1973 as a teen idol group, the Wynners are a quintet comprised of Alan Tam (vocals), Kenny Bee (vocals), Bennett Pang (guitar), Danny Yip (bass guitar), and Anthony Chan (drums). The group made its recording debut in 1974 with the album Listen to the Wynners. A television show on TVB followed in 1975, along with three feature films: Let's Rock (1975), Gonna Get You (1976), and Making It (1978). The Wynners dispersed in 1978, with Alan Tam and Kenny Bee embarking on especially successful solo careers, but the quintet never officially broke up and reunited periodically. ~ Jason Birchmeier, Rovi
