Too rough & rowdy for the NWOTHM trend but too loose & leather laden for the retro-thrashers, Texan Ragers XIL are truly an anomaly in the context of modern thrash & speed metal. From humble beginnings as highschool ragamuffins, the trio have been jamming together consistently since 2014 with much trial & error in stylistic direction until discovering their trademark sound which the band describes as 'Breakneck Rock N Roll'- an homage to the Motörhead philosophy of flipping the finger to labels & fads.
