ximena is an experimental electronic music producer from south florida. She became the first Electronic Digital Instrument graduate from Berklee College of Music. During her time there, she studied under Daedelus, who is mostly known for their sample contribution to the famous song Accordion by Madvillain. Daedelus showed her how to perform live using the monome grid, which led to her further experimentation and performances at the Charles Hayden Planetarium in Boston and III Points Music Festival in Miami. Ranging from ethereal to bass heavy, her live performances push her songs into glitchy, yet organic rhythms. She has had her song pi de limón featured in the Harmonix DJ video game, FUSER, and has done sound design work for Izotope's new Trash plugin. In 2023, she was nominated for Electronic Music Artist of the Year by the Boston Music Awards.
