Gloria Edna Nyabange is a Kenyan Hip-Hop emcee PKA XTATIC. Hailing from the capital city of Nairobi, Xtatic began her foray in 2012 with an independently produced video entitled “The Prep Track” which caught the attention of major recording label Sony/RCA. Xtatic would eventually sign a multi-album deal with Sony, making her the first artist in Kenya to sign a recording deal of that magnitude.

The debut single “Wild” displayed Xtatic’s witty and aggressive style. It was not until her second release “Hit ‘Em Up” that not only Kenya, but also South Africa and other countries began to pay attention to this rap sensation. With production from dynamite producers “Fahrenheitz” from Angola, and a feature from South African rapper AKA, “Hit ‘Em Up” shook up radio and snatched two Channel O music video nominations.

Her first mixtape “Let Me Xplain” was released on March 2015, and its first single, “Let Me Xplain‟ feat. Iddi, made appearances at radio shows' charts. The mixtape, which she collaborated with Broadview Corporation, garnered critical acclaim with other singles popping in charts as well, with hip-hop critics and listeners rating it one of the best mixtapes out in 2015.

2019, she released her three-song EP titled Tatu, serving as a comeback after a two-year hiatus since parting ways with Sony Music. Xtatic followed it up with the soXial Xperiment Mixtape in 2020. A nine-track tape that saw her experiment with different sounds, showcasing her exceptional singing as well.
