Xia Xia Technique (stylized as X.X.T) is the audiovisual project headed by formidable fem-cee Psycho Flower MC. Flanked by her enigmatic confidantes G3NR8TR and GRIM3Y-T, together they produce brash, noisy dance-rap bangers & neon-soaked videos that unite the fringes of humankind in their technicolor tech-topia. Continuing the Post-Net Art visual language X.X.T established in their videos for “SCORE!” and “Illuminaughty,” they now take on Eminem’s 2002 hit “Superman” in their newest work, queering the aggressive lyricism of the original track through their gender-bending, irresistibly catchy cover. Decked out in head-to-toe Freak City LA attire, Psycho Flower powerfully rewires the original by playfully delivering vitriolic lines with taunting tongue and knowing wink.
