Yah Yah

YahYah is marking her territory in the music industry one step at a time. Raised in Atlantic City, New Jersey, her musical journey began in church on the Great Faith Deliverance Temple youth choir. Through her childhood years, and into middle school she was a member of the Police Athletic League’s performing arts programs.  After graduating from AC High and signing a production deal with an independent company, she then moved to NYC. After experiencing some financial difficulties and within the first couple years, she was granted the opportunity to tour the world with Multi Platinum Recording Artist Shaggy for three years. Her move to Atlanta in 2014 gave her a second wind of motivation to continue pursuing music.
Since this year 2020 she has released two songs, “Days Inn” & “All Bad”, which both carry powerful messages. Over the past few years, Yah Yah has worked alongside well known music producers such as Sly and Robbie, Chris N Teeb, Needlz, Dominic Gordon, & Ayo & Keyz to name a few. Within her writing accolades she has touched lyrics for those of KeKe Wyatt and Bridgett Kelly. In April of 2020 she received her first TV placement with the Fox hit show,”Empire” called “Back Ends” by Kashdoll.


Yah Yah is now ready to share her music with the world, and take the support she has garnered within the music industry and her abilities to self produce, write and engineer while creating something for her core fan base.
