Yan-Nick Michaud

Hey! You found me! I’m Yan-Nick Michaud, a multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter based in Kingston, Ontario. I play guitar while doing the bomp bomp thing with my feet, so… yeah, I guess you could call me a “One-Man Band” of sorts? (No toy monkey with the cymbals yet, but hey, never say never!)

Music is, and has always been a true love. I've always viewed songwriting as a "translating the wonky parts to life button” so, writing about the things I've seen, the feels I've felt, and the stories that’ve inspired me is how the sausage is made, so to speak.
For the past few years, I’ve been working with producer Sean Tomalty (Limestone Loft Creative Studios) and award-winning singer-songwriter Brock Zeman (Big Muddy Studios) on my debut solo album. And I’m pumped to finally say—the album is here!! February 28th, 2025!
