Yanet Infanzón La O, born in Cuba (Guantánamo), has been playing the violin since the age of seven. She studied at the Art University of Habana (I.S.A), where she graduated with distinction in "Solo Violin" (equivalent to Master's degree).
Yanet has been living in Graz, Austria since 2016.
In recent years, she has increasingly devoted herself to her Cuban vein. In Graz she founded the trio Yanet Infanzón & La Onda. In this heartfelt project, she interprets singing and playing the violin Cuban, Argentinian, Mexican and Brazilian songs.
Another of her main interests is contemporary cuban dance and the filming and production of his own videos for the last two years. Check it out in YouTube ;-)
At the same time she is regularly on stage as a member of the orchestra "Recreation - das große Orchester Graz" (mostly in the Stefaniensaal in Graz).
Internationally, she has appeared in recent years with the Filarmónica Gioachino Rossini (Italy) in Pesaro, Lebanon and Oman, among others in productions with the soprano Anna Netrebko and the tenor Juan Diego Flórez. Also invited to colaborate with EOS Chamberorchester Köln.
