Solomon Junior Kalu (born June 26, 2004), known professionally as Yang Souljja, is a Singer-songwriter & Record Producer hailing from the Solomon Islands. He is one of the most prominent artists in the R&B scene and is known for his catchy wavey rnb persona.
Solomon's career began when he and Garmalade aka JD (best friend) linked up for a collaboration with one of the finest music producer in Solomon Islands Dee Beatz. The single produced was independently released in 2020 on Youtube, as his debut single, "Wisdom". Solomon quickly followed the song with singles "Superstar", "Grateful", "Lockdown", and "It's Christmas", each garnering over thousand streams. The success of his tracks on Youtube and Soundcloud earned him recognition among the musical giants in the music scene, in a style known as "Gospel R&B". His single ''Superstar'' was picked at number 3 at the Pacific Top 20 Charts in 2020, and also performed at the Music Festivals.
