Yasmine Garbi & LA VAGUE is a Swedish band formed in 2022 by Michael Malmgren (Bo Kaspers Orkester) and actress Yasmine Garbi. The band is inspired by the French 60's wave - la nouvelle vague - and the genre is described as a retro-inspired mix between pop, jazz and Latin. The French lyrics are written by Yasmine Garbi and are a flirtation with the French ye ye era, a kidding around with the male gaze and with a dash of female wittiness.

On May 6, 2022, the single L'anamour will be released.
