YCS Money

Born with a cleft lip and palate and labeled the “class clown”, YCS Money was the odd one growing up. Comedic rap music, similar to that of Lil Dicky, grew to become an outlet for him to express his personality.


It wasn’t until YCS Money was in a severe car accident that he began delving into serious styles of rap music. He died twice and had to be brought back through a heart jump start both times, also breaking many bones. After the accident, doctors were uncertain if he would survive. They couldn’t give his family an answer to the question of whether he would be able to walk or talk. This uncertainty gave him a dose of reality and inspired him to take his music career even more seriously.


Citing music influences including Eminem, Cam Meekins, Mac Miller, Tyler the Creator, Snoop Dogg and Lil Wayne, it is clear that YCS Money has a passion for rap music and culture. He landed his first show in Ithaca NY, opening and performing with NICE ENT. the popular group out of Staten Island. Here he rapped alongside the likes of fellow artists $quidnice and BOBBYNICE.


YCS Money takes pride in being family and team oriented. His goal, simply put, “to make sure my family and homies are taken care of for life”. He knows in his heart that none of this would be possible without the support of his backing team. He’s on a path that can’t be and won’t be stopped.
