YDubK

YDubK is a 29 year old upcoming artist who mixes modern day rap flows with various genres. Home to North Carolina he began his career in music with a close friend in the early months of 2008 forming a group know as Depravity. Since then he has taken his same ambition and found a way he can speak to his new age audience. Songs such as his hit singles 'Who Gon Check Sum' and 'Blood Shoes', both produced by DJ Carolina Cass another notable up and coming North Carolina artist, have been his call to notoriety for the year 2018. The 'Who Gon Check Sum' Official Music Video, which debuted on FCKTHEM's youtube channel on November 5th, quickly caught the attention of 10,000 people in its premiere week. With careful planning and insight YDubK started off 2019 with the release of his freshman album "Anarchist Antichrist" on February 16th which drew in a staggering 100,000 streams in the first four months following the release. In addition to rapping YDubK has been working towards self-production and engineering to further grow him as a overall entertainer. As for the future YDubK is looking to match the face to the music by delving into stage performance as a way to better connect with his fans.
