Yellowtael is the recording alias of Ken Tewell, a Seattle-based producer creating tracks inspired by electronic dance, house, and pop music intertwined with emotive, nostalgic sounds.
Having most recently performed at Escape: Halloween 2024 as the winner of Insomniac's Discovery Project contest series, Ken has also enjoyed the opportunity to perform in supporting slots for his favorite inspirations including San Holo, Seven Lions, KREAM, yetep, and Phantogram. In 2025, he released an official remix for pop artist Lauv's multi-platinum hit "I Like Me Better."
