Young Stotle

A college graduate turned rapper, Young Stotle spent 4 years attending a small, liberal arts college in northern Indiana. Although an Economics major, his favorite class quickly became philosophy - as the thirst for knowledge resonated with his passion for thinking about the world and transforming those thoughts into lyrics. Upon graduating college Young Stotle moved and currently resides in Chicago, IL.


His inspiration stems from ancient philosophers such as Plato, Socrates, Henry David Thoreau, as well as modern day artists such as <a href="spotify:artist:4xRYI6VqpkE3UwrDrAZL8L" data-name="Logic">Logic</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:6l3HvQ5sa6mXTsMTB19rO5" data-name="J. Cole">J. Cole</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:2YZyLoL8N0Wb9xBt1NhZWg" data-name="Kendrick Lamar">Kendrick Lamar</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:3nFkdlSjzX9mRTtwJOzDYB" data-name="JAY-Z">JAY-Z</a> , and <a href="spotify:artist:7dGJo4pcD2V6oG8kP0tJRR" data-name="Eminem">Eminem</a>. However, the most influential and where his name is derived from, is that of Aristotle.


Young Stotle follows Aristotle’s words written in Book II of Nicomachian Ethics in regards to virtue, and lives by trying to do the right thing, at the right time, with the right people.
