Utilizing two decades of musical knowledge, Alex Jongbloed, now known as YØUNGBLØØD, brings a new twist to the Los Angeles bass music scene. Fusing elements from the classic parts of trap EDM with new techniques and sound design, YØUNGBLØØD has created a niche in the scene with a sound best described as designer bass. Drawing heavy influence from Baauer, RL Grime, & ATLiens, YØUNGBLØØD’s sound stands out amongst the riddim & dubstep heavy scene that LA has embraced.
