Hailing from Sapporo, Japan, Youryokutai Club is an indie band that skillfully blends post-rock elements with crisp pop melodies. Formed in 2013, the band originally consisted of Ayumi Sasaki as the vocalist and guitarist, Natsumi Imaizumi on bass, and Emilio Buonanni on drums. They quickly became a staple in the local music scene and have performed in major cities across Japan like Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya. While celebrating their 10th anniversary in 2023, they also welcomed violinist Yu Suzuki, completing the ensemble as a four-piece band.
