YRSA is a pop-soul influenced singer/songwriter with roots from Malmö but currently residing in Stockholm, Sweden.
YRSA puts a lot of energy into storytelling through her songs and melodies and blends Swedish pop with musical harmonies, incorporating playful melodies and colorful chords. She has been writing songs since childhood and draws inspiration from artists like Laleh, Salem al Fakir, and Joni Mitchell.
Currently, she is performing live with her trio Yrsa & Strings and writes/arranges songs together with Dorotea Dragodan (cello). Her repertoire includes songs in both Swedish and English, showcasing her skills on vocals, guitar, harmonica and piano.
